Before launching her firm, Sarah Caroline was the Director of Business Development at Brooksource, where she led teams in Birmingham and Huntsville, developed strategic partnerships, pursued new business opportunities, and oversaw service quality. She also contributed to the growth of Brooksource Atlanta, starting as a Business Development Manager. Her skills include executive search, sales, business development, customer service, user experience, and leadership.

Our executive search process ensures a tailored approach to finding the ideal candidate. It begins with an initial meeting, refining the job description and search strategy, and scheduling weekly updates. Over 2-3 weeks, we focus on sourcing & prospecting, presenting and interviewing candidates to build a shortlist. The narrow focus phase, lasting 3-6 weeks, involves client interviews, gathering feedback, and finalizing candidates while continuing market sourcing. In the final offer and onboard stage, over 7-10 weeks, we assist with offer negotiations, candidate onboarding, and conduct a post-completion review for feedback.
